TorchTar BitKote is an water base thick emulsion of selected grade of bitumen with fiber and fillers.

USES

TT Bit Kote is efficiently used where heating of Bitumen at site isn’t possible, and where handicaps of wet surfaces have to be overcome, waterproofing can be done by using TT Bit Kote.

The application of TT Bit Kote forms a tough surface within 24 hours (Depending upon climate conditions) and renders adequate protection against moisture and accidental damage. Because of its plasticity, It can resist cracking cause by movements or temperature changes. It is an ideal an economic methods of providing long term protection to exposed insulation besides preventing steam losses.

TT Bit Kote gives a coating, which when set, is impermeable to water and remains unaffected by attacks of industrial fumes, salty atmosphere etc. It resists low temperature cracking and also does not crack under the influence of strong sun light.

A cold applied water base rubberised bituminous adhesive, design to adhere application consistency thermal insulation to metal, masonry, wood and to itself.
