Cold applied emulsion recommended by Indian Roads Congress and approved by Ministry of Surface Transport for various road works such as Premix Carpeting, Surface Dressing, Seal Coats and Pot Hole Repairs etc.
Cationic Bitumen Emulsion is ideal cold applied product. Its usages in India has increased due to low cost variable use in road construction maintenance .It is Specially recommended for tack coat applications , surface dressing work , road mixes with graded / fine /coarse aggregates. It has other application also such as fog seal, crack sealing and Prime coat etc.
